1. Online store conditions

You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or use the service in violation of applicable laws.
You must not transmit viruses, malware or other malicious or harmful code.
A serious or repeated breach of these conditions may result in your access to the service being restricted or terminated.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict use of our website or services where we have a lawful and reasonable basis to do so, including suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or breach of these Terms.
Content you submit through the website, excluding payment information, may be transmitted across different networks and adapted to technical requirements.
Payment card details are handled through secure payment providers and are encrypted in accordance with the security standards applicable to those providers.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.
The total price payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
There will be no additional mandatory charges imposed by us after checkout that were not disclosed before the order was placed.
Prices and product availability may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred and applicable law permits the order to be cancelled.
Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, the appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting or display settings.
For garments, minor variations in colour, texture, pattern placement or finishing may also occur where inherent in the fabric, production process or design.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or materially not as described.
All products are subject to availability.
5. Orders and billing
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation email.
We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where we have a lawful reason to do so, including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
- An obvious pricing or product listing error;
- Product unavailability;
- Suspected unauthorised commercial resale;
- Incorrect or incomplete information preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the original payment method.
We may contact you using the email address, telephone number or other details provided when the order was placed.
6. Production, fulfilment and delivery
Caroline London may work with specialist production, fulfilment and logistics partners, including partners located outside the United Kingdom.
As a result, an order may be prepared or dispatched from an international facility before entering the UK delivery network.
This does not affect your purchase from Caroline London, our responsibility for your order or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty goods and consumer rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must meet the applicable legal requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If goods do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to remedies provided by law, including the applicable short-term right to reject and, where relevant, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.
8. Right to cancel
For most goods purchased online, UK consumers have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exclusions and conditions contained in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Caroline London additionally provides a voluntary 30-day returns window.
Our voluntary return policy does not reduce or replace your statutory cancellation rights.

We may provide access to services, tools, payment providers, tracking services or other functionality operated by third parties.
Where these services are provided by independent third parties, their use may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites, except to the extent that applicable law makes us responsible.

You may stop using the website at any time.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Returns & Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Caroline London.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
19. Governing law
These Terms and contracts for purchases from Caroline London are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you live in England or Wales, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland, you may generally also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.
If you live in Northern Ireland, you may generally also bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts.
Nothing in this clause deprives you of mandatory legal protections available to you as a consumer in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
